We Teach By Example
February 5th, 2010 . by adminIt was always really embarrassing and awkward when friends at school learned I was Mormon because without fail, they would name a seemingly exmormon student they knew who didn’t live church teachings at all - they were off getting drunk, being promiscuous, and perhaps unkind and snotty to others. I didn’t know what to say except they made the wrong choice and I hoped they would change and not become exmormon like their families feared. Thankfully, one girl in my ward really turned her life around and begged her younger siblings not to follow the path she chose. Her life is much better today.
