 Hawthorne is a city of approximately 100,000 diverse peoples. Once the home of such aerospace giants as Northrop, Hawthorne CA Real Estate was first developed for many aircraft workers in the 40’s and 50’s. As time went on these workers grayed, many moved on to outlaying areas such as Torrance and other South Bay cities. There is a very interesting history to this town with legends of mafia influences in the 50’s  centered at the Cockatoo Inn on Imperial and Hawthorne Blvd. To the famous Beach Boys in the 60’s who actually lived on the border of Inglewood and Hawthorne on the east border.  The city now is still a working class town with a large population of Latinos and African Americans.
